Emergency Response

Ambulance emergency responses provide 24/7, immediate, high-level medical care and transport for life-threatening situations like cardiac arrest, stroke, or severe trauma. Staffed by paramedics/EMTs, they use Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipment, including defibrillators and oxygen. Emergency dispatchers (EMD) often provide pre-arrival instructions to bystanders, functioning as “zero response time” care.

Event Medical Cover

Event medical cover provides essential, tailored first aid and emergency, pre-hospital care for events ranging from small gatherings to large festivals, ensuring safety compliance. Services include risk assessments, qualified paramedics (BLS/ILS/ALS), ambulances, and designated medical centers to manage injuries and illnesses efficiently.

Patient Transport

Patient Transport Services (PTS) provide non-emergency, pre-booked transportation for patients who are medically unfit to travel by other means to and from healthcare facilities. Eligible patients often include those requiring mobility assistance, such as wheelchair or stretcher transport, or those needing support for, during, or after their journey.

Patient care

Focuses on treating the individual, not just the disease, by incorporating their values, needs, and preferences into care plans.
